Interpretation
EBoth ears point naturally forward like two small radar dishes. This is the cat's default relaxed state — interested in the surroundings but not tense. The cat might be watching a bug, listening to you, or just monitoring household sounds. Forward ears mean the cat is open to interaction — a good time to approach.
How to respond
Speak softly or slowly extend your hand — the cat is most receptive now.
